About Us

Stepchuk Investments started out slowly back in 2003. As Edmonton and the rest of Alberta’s economy picked up steam, brothers Chris and Sean Stepchuk began purchasing single-family homes, fixing them up, and renting them out. They quickly developed a formula for purchasing and renting out rental homes, and expanded one at a time. Soon they had built up a portfolio of properties, most of which they still hold today.

Truly a family enterprise, the company now operates and manages all of their own rental properties in and around the Edmonton area, with their Dad Bob being a key component in the organization.
